★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa não cumpre com prazos contratuais. Abri reclamação no Reclame Aqui e ainda assim não tive a conclusão do meu problema. A antecipação referida, é para compensar o atraso no envio do projeto final. Fujam dessa empresa. Na hora da venda é tudo ótimo, após fechado o contrato, só dor de cabeça.
Company does not meet contractual deadlines. I opened a complaint on Reclame Aqui and still didn't have the conclusion of my problem. The referred anticipation is to compensate for the delay in sending the final project. Run away from this company. At the time of sale everything is great, after closing the contract, just a headache.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insatisfeita com o pós venda, comprei ano passado, entrei em contato mês passado para agendar as medições , tive a surpresa que só medem após instalação das pedras, sendo que é apenas para pedir, para poder adiantar a fabricação, pois não tenho previsão das pedras, e com isso a entrega dos móveis vão demorar muito, e se eu não tivesse condições de fazer a pedra agora?
Tenho 3 familiares em reforma, e loja dele de planejados deles não exigem instalação da pedra para medir os móveis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei a compra dos móveis planejados do meu apto inteiro em outubro do ano passado, terminando de pagar TUDO em fevereiro, antes mesmo de medirem a unidade!
Após a medição, disseram que havia uma pequena diferença nas medidas da planta, queriam me cobrar um valor R$1950,00 a mais, me recusei, pois havia comprado o projeto, pago tudo que pediram, e eles teriam que arcar com os custos do ERRO deles.
Recebi mensagens de um funcionário deles que se dizia gerente tentando me intimidar com termos como "palavra de homem não faz curva" e " Papel de homem, de onde eu venho, se mede de outra forma".
Mesmo assim me recusei a pagar, então viram que não conseguiriam nada a mais de dinheiro.
Enfim começaram a montar os móveis, ontem tentei contato, pois a cozinha está totalmente diferente do projeto e diversos móveis sem puxador, gavetas sem ajustes acabamento péssimo e diversos problemas.
O montador me passou que a empresa Like errou nas medidas do apto, e deixaram espaço de 39cm para minha geladeira, por isso mandaram ele alterar minha cozinha, deixando tudo mal feito, errado e mais um cliente insatisfeito.
Tentei contato ontem pelo aplicativo, não tive resposta, tentei via telefone, sempre desligam na minha cara ou falam que o responsável da área não esta presente.
Estou tentando resolver e a empresa se livrar, se o reclame aqui não funcionar, acionarei a justiça.

Finally they started to assemble the furniture, yesterday I tried to contact, because the kitchen is totally different from the project and several furniture without handles, drawers without adjustments, bad finish and several problems.
The assembler told me that the company Like made a mistake in the measurements of the fit, and they left 39cm of space for my fridge, so they ordered him to change my kitchen, leaving everything badly done, wrong and another customer dissatisfied.
I tried to contact you yesterday through the app, I didn't have a response, I tried it via phone, they always hang up on me or say that the person in charge of the area is not present.
I'm trying to solve it and the company gets rid of it, if the claim here doesn't work, I'll go to court.
