Chegou quase 2 da manhã, fria, liguei várias vezes, falavam que o motoqueiro estava chegando e nada, nunca tinha passado isso, não responderam meu chat tmb e ainda qd eu disse para a atendente que eh por isso que no Google tem monte de reclamação, ela deu risada e disse "pois eh".. soh aceitei pq paguei no pix, senão nem tinha aceitado . Zuado
 I don't recommend it, I asked for 23:30. It arrived at almost 2 am, cold, I called several times, they said that the biker was arriving and nothing, I had never passed that, they didn't answer my chat tmb and even when I told the operator that that's why Google has a lot of complaints , she laughed and said "because eh".. soh I accepted because I paid in the pix, otherwise I hadn't even accepted. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO, pedi um calzone de brócolis e ele veio estragado, o(a) atendente não teve nem a decência de pedir desculpas, PÉSSIMO, NÃO CONSUMO MAIS E NÃO INDICO PARA MAIS NINGUÉM, VOU ABRIR UMA RECLAMAÇÃO NA VIGILÂNCIA SANITÁRIA!!!
TERRIBLE, I asked for a broccoli calzone and it came spoiled, the attendant didn't even have the decency to apologize, TERRIBLE, I DON'T CONSUME MORE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE ELSE, I WILL OPEN A COMPLAINT AT THE HEALTH SURVEILLANCE!!!

Por duas vezes erraram o sabor pedido, mas nao troquei, pois são todas bem saborosas.
Great pizzas and good service!
Twice they got the requested flavor wrong, but I didn't change it, because they are all very tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedimos pizza na Lilica há mais de 10 anos, a qualidade vem caindo gradativamente. Mas hoje foi o fim, pedimos uma pizza com borda vulcão, não consegui identificar o vulcão e a pizza muito longe do que estamos acostumados. Massa fina, sem recheio, borda sem recheio também, qualidade muito inferior ao que foi durante anos foi a marca da pizzaria!
We've been ordering pizza at Lilica for over 10 years, the quality has been gradually dropping. But today was the end, we ordered a pizza with a volcano edge, I could not identify the volcano and the pizza was very far from what we are used to. Thin crust, no stuffing, edge without stuffing too, much lower quality than it was for years was the pizzeria's brand!

Cada dia aumentando o valor e Deteriorando na qualidade, a pizza veio extremamente fina, apenas um fio de massa, tão fina que a massa estava rasgando, produtos de má qualidade, catupiry amargando, linguiça muito ruim bem gordurosa, até a mussarela de péssima qualidade, pior é que eu fiz reclamação e eles demoraram para responder e quando responderam disseram " vou passar para o setor responsável" e estou aguardando até hoje. MINHA FILHA PASSOU MAL APÓS COMER A PIZZA. Nunca mais comprarei na Lilica Bel. Cobram R$38,90 numa pizza que não vale R$ 10,00 e ainda o motoqueiro é mal educado. Simplesmente tem que melhorar em tudo. Sr. Responsável pela Lilica Bel antes de cobrar um valor alto, tem que melhorar a qualidade e o atendimento para fazer jus ao valor. No mínimo estava esperando um pedido de desculpa pelo mal comportamento do entregador e má qualidade da pizza. Nem isso foram capaz de fazer. Então o que esperar de um estabelecimento que não tem capacidade de pedir no mínimo desculpas... Vergonhoso e lamentável!! MOSTRANDO IMAGENS DA PÉSSIMO QUALIDADE DA PIZZA.
Extremely disappointed with Lilica Bel pizzeria. Each day increasing in value and deteriorating in quality, the pizza came extremely thin, only a thread of dough, so thin that the dough was tearing, poor quality products, bitter catupiry, very bad sausage very greasy, even the poor quality mozzarella , the worst thing is that I made a complaint and they took a long time to respond and when they answered they said "I'm going to go to the responsible sector" and I'm waiting until today. MY DAUGHTER WAS SICK AFTER EATING THE PIZZA. I will never buy from Lilica Bel again. They charge R$38.90 for a pizza that is not worth R$10.00 and the biker is rude. You just have to improve on everything. Mr. Responsible for Lilica Bel, before charging a high amount, you have to improve the quality and service to live up to the value. At the very least I was expecting an apology for the delivery guy's bad behavior and poor pizza quality. Not even that they were able to do. So what to expect from an establishment that doesn't have the ability to apologize in the least... Shameful and unfortunate!! SHOWING PICTURES OF POOR QUALITY OF PIZZA.
