★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Na entrada consta a placa com a obrigatoriedade do uso de máscara, ao entrar, ninguém a usa. Eles te atendem em tempo integral sem máscara, outros, com a máscara no queixo.
Você pede informações sobre o imóvel e as informações não chegam até você. E não aprovam seu nome sem nem colocar para analise. Julgam seu bolso sem nem saber sobre você. Até pq ninguém iria locar uma casa sem dinheiro para tal ação.
NAO RECOMENDO. ATENDIMENTO HORRIVEL. TE OLHAM MAL DO MOMENTO QUE ENTRA ATE O MOMENTO QUE SAI DO LOCAL.
Estou a procura da casa a um mês atrás e disseram que a casa estava alugada, e ontem fui novamente na casa e a casa estava para locação, solicitei locar e me foi dito que haviam 7 pessoas na minha frente sendo que eu havia deixado reserva para caso desistissem da locação. Não se deram ao trabalho de analisar minha renda e já me foi dito de cara que não seria aprovado.

I am looking for the house a month ago and they said the house was rented, and yesterday I went back to the house and the house was for lease, I asked to rent and I was told that there were 7 people in front of me and that I had left a reservation for if they gave up the lease. They did not bother to analyze my income and I was told straight away that it would not be approved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles aumentam o aluguel sem aviso prévio, demoram meses pra resolver pendencias não recomendo pra ninguem. Colocar uma observação aqui! Não atendem voce direito e não te respondem pelo whatsapp! Não avisam nada! péssima empresa!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu achei muitas burocracias para locar um imóvel, mesmo com os documentos tudo certinho... falaram que a minha ficha não foi aprovada, e não deu um motivo de PQ NÃO FOI APROVADO.
