Teria ficado melhor se eu tivesse lavado em casa... pois voltou exatamente com as mesmas manchinhas. Uma bosta! Eu sempre levava em uma na Dom Pedro I que voltava tudo impecável, infelizmente ela fechou e tive que ir nessa... Que erro!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era cliente de anos....Sempre levei tapetes, edredons, cortinas, sapatos, serviço de tingimento para essa lavanderia. Levei o tapete da minha mãe para lavar e quando percebemos o tapete entregue não era o mesmo. Fui até o local falei com o responsável e nada foi resolvido. Simplesmente por ser tratar de um serviço prestado a 6 meses ele disse que não tinha meios de resolver. O tapete foi um presente meu e não tinha um ano de uso. Recebi outro tapete inferior e velho. Expliquei que o mesmo ficou guardado até chegar o inverno, mas nada se resolveu. Fiquei com o prejuízo financeiro e minha mãe com o sentimental abalado pelo descaso com a situação.

I took my mother's rug to wash and when we realized the rug delivered was not the same. I went to the place I spoke with the person in charge and nothing was resolved. Simply because it was a 6-month service, he said he had no means of solving it. The rug was a gift from me and was not a year old. I received another inferior and old rug. I explained that it was kept until winter came, but nothing was resolved. I was left with the financial loss and my mother with the sentimental shaken by the neglect of the situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trocaram meu tapete novo por um velho e quando eu dei conta da troca a empresa se negou a resolver o problema e siquer houve interesse em verificar quem vez a troca e as entregas no dia do acontecido.
Devido a reposta abaixo entendo que houve um completo desinteresse em manter um cliente que sempre levou todo tipo de roupas ededrons cortinas e tapetes assim como recomendava os serviços da empresa a família e amigos, ousa à insinuar que houve ma fé entregando um tapete velho e sujo...
QUERO DEIXAR BEM CLARO que o tapete foi lavado em Fevereiro no Verão e devido ao calor e confiança nos serviços que sempre foram prestados de forma adequada, o tapete ficou guardado como foi entregue e somente foi posto na sala no inverno...quando demos conta da troca. O controle de todos os serviços que fizemos se mostra eficiente, o que não ocorre com o serviço de entrega que o Sr Roberto não conseguiu rastrear o paradeiro do meu tapete.

The control of all the services we did is efficient, which is not the case with the delivery service that Mr. Roberto was unable to trace the whereabouts of my carpet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima deixei o terno completo para lavar na segunda-feira quando foi na terça ligaram falando que ele tinha uma mancha na manga e uma marca de Ferro onde No mesmo não foi visto na hora que deixei pois não tinha essa marca, quarta-feira foi lá para esta verificando a informação, e impossível não ter visto a marca que estava era uma mancha que tinha saído a tintura do Terno totalmente diferente da cor do terno mas com uma marca de Ferro onde a própria atendente ao deixar o terno verificou e ela mesma não viu, e a avaria é bem nítida impossível de não ter enxergado se tivesse na hora que deixei para lavar, totalmente insatisfeita e indignada ao serviço perdi um terno pois não tem condição de uso do Terno seria usado no sábado para um casamento.
