★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não foi bem do jeito que eu imaginava. Agendei a limpeza do sofá, colchão e uma poltrona. Porém quando o profissional da limpeza chegou disse que eu só poderei deitar na cama após 12h da lavagem e não foi explicado antes pelo rapaz que que me atendeu e vendeu o serviço senão marcaria na parte da manhã pra dar tempo de secar o colchão durante o dia. Perguntei para o rapaz se poderia voltar no outro dia para fazer a higienização do colchão e ele disse que seria valor diferente. Me senti enganada por não ter passado as informações antes para eu programar melhor.
As informações tem que ser passadas antes, eu não entendo nada de higienização.
O pior ainda estava por vir, que mais me incomodou foi o fato do sofá não ter ficado limpo na primeira lavagem, tive que entrar em contato novamente pedindo pra retornarem e lavar as partes que não foram lavadas.
Not quite the way I imagined. I scheduled the cleaning of the couch, mattress and an armchair. But when the cleaning professional arrived I said that I can only lie in bed after 12h of washing and was not explained before by the boy who answered me and sold the service or would arrange in the morning to allow time to dry the mattress during the day . I asked the boy if he could come back the other day to clean the mattress and he said it would be different value. I felt deceived that I didn't pass on the information before so that I could program better.
The information has to be passed before, I do not understand anything about sanitation.
The worst was yet to come, which bothered me the most was the fact that the sofa was not cleaned in the first wash, I had to contact again asking to return and wash the parts that were not washed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa lavou 104 cadeiras em em tempo Express e fizeram um bom trabalho. Também o custo foi o melhor. Lavaram também sofá branco e poltrona cinza e o serviço ficou bom, super recomendo.

Além disso, a impermeabilização não pegou, vieram para fazer a revisão ainda sim a impermeabilização não ficou boa. Não explicam os procedimentos adequadamente para o cliente. Não indico e não usarei os serviços novamente dinheiro jogado fora.
I didn't find the cleaning of the sofa well done, my sofa was dirty in some parts. In addition, the waterproofing did not work, they came to do the review, but the waterproofing was not good. They do not explain procedures properly to the customer. I do not recommend and will not use the services again, money wasted.
