Atendimento demora muito ou não atendem.
Internet goes down all the time. When the internet works, 95% of the time is much slower than the contracted plan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSÍMA!! Estou na segunda semana de contrato com os serviços da Linknet e pelo segundo final de semana consecutivo estou sem internet! No Sábado passado a internet caiu às 15h e só foi voltar às 9h da Segunda. Infelizmente tive que optar pelo serviço dessas empresas pq na área onde eu moro não tem cobertura de nenhuma outra empresa de banda larga que "preste" e que tenha suporte, como Oi, NET ou VIVO. Confesso que se não tomarem uma atitude o quanto antes,p estarei cancelando o contrato sem completar nem 30 dias de uso!
PESSIMMA !! I am in the second week of contract with Linknet services and for the second consecutive weekend I am without internet! Last Saturday the internet dropped at 3pm and was only back at 9am Monday. Unfortunately I had to opt for the service of these companies because in the area where I live there is no coverage of any other broadband company that "supports" and has support such as Hi, NET or VIVO. I confess that if they do not take action as soon as possible, I will be canceling the contract without even 30 days of use!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior internet de todos os temos. Liguei para reclamar que estou pagando pelo Wi-Fi e tendo que usar meu 3G todinho e o rapaz falou que as interferências faz parte da tecnologia. Piada. Não recomendo, corre que é cilada.
Worst internet of all we have. I called to complain that I'm paying for Wi-Fi and having to use my 3G all over and the boy said that interference is part of the technology. Joke. I don't recommend it, it runs like a trap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pago a internet para ter um serviço integral. Porém, não é isso que acontece, dentre 30 dias 10 eu fico sem internet ou com a internet lenta. Ligo para reclamar, eles dizem: "o técnico já está no local e a internet vai voltar tal hora, porém iremos para o senhor daqui a 10 min", entretanto, isso nunca acontece.
Já estou farto de reclamar e só resolverem quando bem querem.
Por favor, não contratem essa empresa!!!
Ultra fibra ou link Net é a mesma empresa. Espero que não sejam ludibriados por esses profissionais sem ética e compromisso com o cliente.

Ultra fiber or Net link is the same company. I hope that they are not deceived by these professionals without ethics and commitment to the client.

Serviço com constantes instabilidades (tanto no cabo quanto no wifi), reclama direto e por mais q reiniciasse o modem melhorava por poucas horas e depois voltava o mesmo problema.
The worst internet service I have ever had, it seems that they insist on being bad!
Service with constant instabilities (both in cable and wifi), complains directly and even if you restart the modem, it improved for a few hours and then returned the same problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrível, o wi-fi começou bom nos primeiros meses, mas depois ficou horrível, fica caindo, muito fraco, e muitas vezes parece que está com menos mega do que está proposto no plano. Fujam dessa LinkNet, só dor de cabeça, esse mês ainda cancelo.
