★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, comprei um gaz quando fui instalar a válvula espanada liguei a telefonista me informou que o rapaz já estava a caminho fiquei uma hora e meia esperando, mandei ZAP perguntando se ele viria mesmo ela disse que sim, enfim, ele não veio, estava com comida no fogo, joguei tudo fora, foi um descaso muito grande com o consumidor e pelo preço que está não era para ter acontecido isso, muito insatisfeita com esse descaso, não sei porque a telefonista mentiu, se ela me falasse que ele não viria, teria dado tempo de eu ir até lá pra trocar e não teria ficado que nem uma tonta esperando. Revoltada!
Terrible, I bought a gas when I went to install the dusted valve I called the operator she informed me that the boy was on his way I was waiting for an hour and a half, I sent ZAP asking if he would really come she said yes, anyway, he didn't come, he had food on the fire, I threw it all away, it was a very big disregard for the consumer and for the price it is, this was not supposed to happen, very dissatisfied with this neglect, I don't know why the operator lied, if she told me he wouldn't come, I would have had time to go there to change and I wouldn't have been like a fool waiting. Angry!
