Só uma critica construtiva quanto ao atendimento da Recepção. A atendente Vanessa precisa ser mais humana e menos arrogante. No mais tudo maravilhoso. Fui atendida pela filha da dona, que por sinal muito solicita, educada e simpática. Quando eu for a Natal com certeza irei novamente.

Just a constructive criticism regarding the reception service. Attendant Vanessa needs to be more human and less arrogant. Everything else is wonderful. I was attended by the owner's daughter, who by the way is very solicitous, polite and friendly. When I go to Natal I will definitely go again.
