★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou a uma semana aguardando a resposta de uma análise dos documentos do fiador, pois o mesmo fez a doação dos tres imóveis aos herdeiros e com isso poderia não dar certo. Mas mesmo assim, mesmo que a resposta fosse negativa, eu estava aguardando. Mandava mensagem para o corretor e ele só falava que estavam analisando.
Até que vi o mesmo imóvel em outra imobiliária e resolvi entrar em contato pra ver se dava negócio com essa imobiliária, já que a anterior (Lis) não se pronunciava. A corretora dessa nova imobiliária entrou em contato com a proprietária da Lis e a mesma disse a ela que a resposta já havia sido dada faz tempo e que já haviam me passado. Mas tenho prints das mensagens que estava aguardando um parecer, mesmo que negativo.
Tremenda falta de respeito e profissionalismo dessa imobiliária/corretor.
Não indico.
I've been waiting for a week for the response of an analysis of the guarantor's documents, as he donated the three properties to the heirs and with that it could not work out. But even so, even if the answer was no, I was waiting. I sent a message to the broker and he just said that they were analyzing.
Until I saw the same property at another real estate agency and decided to get in touch to see if there was a deal with that real estate company, since the previous one (Lis) did not comment. The broker of this new real estate company contacted the owner of Lis and she told her that the answer had already been given a long time ago and that they had already passed me. But I have prints of messages that were waiting for an opinion, even if negative.
Tremendous lack of respect and professionalism of this real estate/broker.
I don't indicate.
