Recife me indicar, então quando fui a Recife aproveitei para ir até lá fazer uma avaliação e resolvi fazer dois procedimentos aplicação de botox e preenchimento de bigode chinês, a médica fez o preenchimento do bigode chinês mas não aplicou o produto de forma correta deixou meu rosto totalmente desalinhando e desigual, o produto deslocou e parecia mais que eu tinha uma bolsa de gordura no rosto, voltei lá ela aplicou o produto que reverte a aplicação ácido hialurônico é meu rosto ficou ainda mais desarmônico, embora eu estivesse explicado pra ela que queria uma aparência natural, paguei o preço normal de mercado por ambos procedimentos e no fim o botox ficou mais ou menos pq ainda quando sorrio tem movimentos nas rugas da testa. Em resumo perdi meu dinheiro e o resultado foi desastroso, mandei uma mensagem pra clínica me foi solicitado que eu fosse até lá fazer mais um reparo mas honestamente não confio mais achei muita falta de ética isso tudo a falta de cuidado com o cliente O mínimo que poderiam fazer era devolver uma parte do meu dinheiro já que o procedimento não saiu como deveria, mandei mensagem pra clínica solicitando que ao menos me devolvessem parte do que paguei já que agora tive gastos indo em outro profissional, em resposta apenas me foi solicitado que voltasse até lá para a médica que eu não confio olhar … eu vou fazer uma reclamação no órgão de defesa do consumidor porque assim existem direitos é deveres!!! Paguei por um serviço que devo ter sido feito de forma responsável mas a pressa é ganância por dinheiro não permitiu .

In short I lost my money and the result was disastrous, I sent a message to the clinic I was asked to go there to make one more repair but honestly I don't trust anymore I thought it was very unethical all this lack of customer care The least they could do was return part of my money since the procedure did not go as it should, I sent a message to the clinic asking them to at least return part of what I paid since I now had expenses going to another professional, in response I was only asked to return until then, for the doctor I don't trust to look… I'll file a complaint with the consumer protection agency because that way there are rights and duties!!! I paid for a service that I must have done responsibly but the rush is greed for money not allowed.
