★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefone não atende, whatssap também não respondem . Total falta de respeito com o cliente. Desistir de ir pessoalmente no local. Se tem gerente no local, é mesmo que nada. Péssima administração. Se por telefone é assim, imagine pessoalmente. Não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, telefone fixo sempre ocupado, demora muito para responder no WhatsApp e no número móvel a pessoa que atende depois de dezenas de tentativas ainda diz que não escuta. Decidi ir presencialmente na loja e creio que o colaborador percebeu que era a minha pessoa e já foi falando que não vendiam livros paradidáticos, estava com outros itens na lista e vendo que se tratava de descaso por parte do colaborador, decide não perder mais tempo e procurar outra livraria que queira atender.
Terrible service, landline always busy, it takes a long time to respond on WhatsApp and on the mobile number the person who answers after dozens of attempts still says he doesn't listen. I decided to go to the store in person and I believe that the employee realized that it was me and was already saying that they did not sell paradidactic books, he had other items on the list and seeing that it was negligence on the part of the employee, he decided not to waste any more time and look for another bookstore that wants to serve.
