★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A estrutura é bem ruim, muito limitada e bem simples, mas a maioria das coisas funciona e o resto da pra levar. Os equipamentos são bem cuidados, mas alguns são bem velhos já. Quanto ao curso, depende muito da pessoa, só as videoaulas não bastam, além de ser bem chatinho e besta as vezes. Da pra fazer sem aprender nada, mas da pra aprender muita coisa, depende de você.
The structure is very bad, very limited and very simple, but most things work and the rest to go. The equipment is well maintained, but some are quite old already. As for the course, it depends a lot on the person, only the video lessons are not enough, besides being very boring and silly at times. You can do without learning anything, but you can learn a lot, it depends on you.

Faz mais de 3 meses que tento falar com a coordenadora da unidade do shopping benfica e nada, quando ligo a mulher não está, quando vou lá ela já saiu. Isso tudo só para resolver um problema de horário, e todos se mostraram desinteressados, todos os dias quando ligo pedem meu Numero para assim que ela retornar entrar em contato comigo, agora me pergunte quantas vezes ela me ligou... NENHUMA! Só lembrando que meu curso já está todo pago e estou apenas querendo adiantar as aulas, porque preciso levar o certificado para a empresa onde eu estou atualmente. Fiquei completamente decepcionada e sinceramente eu não indico a S.O.S do benfica para ninguém, até porque não conheço as outras unidades, então só posso me direcionar à ela. Além do mais, os preços são exorbitantes comparados à outras instituições muito boas, foi falta de atenção minha não ter pesquisado antes. Os descontos de lá são fraquíssimos, podemos dizer que até fictícios. Como toda e qualquer instituição quando quer aderir alunos, são 100% atenciosos no ato da matrícula, mas na hora de resolver um pequeno problema, aí a gente ver a realidade que estava mascarada. Estou apelando para essa reclamação, porque enfim não consegui resolver de uma forma mais fácil, talvez assim eu obtenha uma resposta (ou não), mas não custa nada tentar. Não estou querendo nada que não seja DIREITO meu, já que eu cumpri com meu DEVER de quitar o curso.
SÓ QUERO QUE ALGUÉM TOME ALGUMA ATITUDE! Desde já, agradecida.
Very dissatisfied with the service, regarding problem solving. I have been trying to talk to the coordinator of the beneficial shopping unit for over 3 months and nothing, when I call the woman is not there, when I go there she has already left. All this just to solve a problem of schedule, and everyone was disinterested, every day when I call they ask for my number so that as soon as she returns to contact me, now ask me how many times she called me ... NONE! Just remembering that my course is already paid for and I'm just wanting to advance classes, because I need to take the certificate to the company where I am currently. I was completely disappointed and honestly I do not recommend S.O.S do benfica to anyone, not least because I do not know the other units, so I can only address it. Furthermore, the prices are exorbitant compared to other very good institutions, it was my lack of attention that I didn't research before. The discounts there are very low, we can say that even fictitious. Like any and all institutions when they want to join students, they are 100% attentive when registering, but when it comes to solving a small problem, then we see the reality that was masked. I am appealing to this complaint, because in the end I was not able to resolve it in an easier way, so maybe I will get an answer (or not), but it never hurts to try. I am not wanting anything that is not my RIGHT, since I fulfilled my DUTY to settle the course.
I JUST WANT SOMEONE TO TAKE ANY ATTITUDE! Thank you in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seria mutio bom as atendentes manterem um nível de formalidade, chamar o aluno pelo nome e não meu "amor", a estrutura deixa a desejar bastante, com paredes sujas e salas com bancadas desproporcionais.
It would be very good for the attendants to maintain a level of formality, to call the student by name and not my "love", the structure leaves much to be desired, with dirty walls and rooms with disproportionate benches.
