★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Livraria linda, ótima seleção de livros, porém o atendimento é péssimo. Entrei com meu cachorro de colo na livraria. Rispidamente fui solicitada a sair pois estava com o cachorro. Perguntei qual o motivo, visto que eu estava com o cachorrinho no colo e o café estava fechado, afinal eu era a ÚNICA cliente na loja, mas novamente, de forma muito pouco educada fui conduzida a sair dizendo que era a regra. Uma pena.
 Beautiful bookstore, great selection of books, but the service is terrible. I walked my lap dog into the bookstore. I was rudely asked to leave because I had the dog. I asked why, since I had the puppy on my lap and the cafe was closed, after all I was the ONLY customer in the store, but again, in a very rude way I was led to leave saying that was the rule. A feather.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful bookstore in the heart of the historic district. They have the most amazing collection of Brazilian architecture and art books, but also fiction and non-fiction. It is worth the visit even when you are not buying anything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is sooooo beautiful. In the back of the bookstore, there is a cafe. They offer coffe, a few organic juice options, and some sweets. Paraty is very warm and you can totally enjoy a break here.
