★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento!!! A vendedora disse que somente conseguiria o livro no dia seguinte, mas quando voltei me contou uma história mentirosa para justificar não ter conseguido levá-lo. Depois, me ofereceu cobrir a oferta do mesmo livro do Sebo ao lado e, quando aceitei sua proposta, desconversou e alegou que não podia ter prejuízo. Atendimento ridículo, grosseiro, imprudente e desrespeitoso. Sugiro que comprem em qualquer livraria ou sebo vizinho, mas não na Planeta, mesmo que a oferta seja melhor.
Very poor service !!! The saleswoman said she would only get the book the next day, but when I got back she told me a lying story to justify not being able to take it. Ridiculous, rude, reckless and disrespectful service. I suggest you shop at any nearby bookstore or bookstore, but not on the Planet, even if the offer is better.
