I bought school supplies at this location, gave 50% down dividing the remainder in 2 X. They did not meet the deadline and entered the 2 checks (even with the date set) and caused me major problems in the bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um material dessa livraria pela Estante Virtual. O produto chegou bem rápido, num envelope bonito e bem embalado, mas o livro em péssimas condições. Além de não ser o livro que solicitei, ele estava totalmente avariado. Foi solicitado, conforme a descrição do material, a edição nº 10 do livro, mas esta livraria encaminhou a edição número 6, tão antiga que parecia um material para descartar do galpão de algum sebo velho. Sobre as avarias: além de haver páginas soltas, algumas estavam simplesmente retiradas- dá para ver o rasgo das páginas que sobrou no livro, cerca de 05 páginas faltando. Apesar de ser cliente antigo da Estante Virtual, nunca vi isso antes- a Livraria Universal é a primeira a mandar um produto em péssimas condições. No fim, disseram que seria reembolsado, mas nunca fizeram. Apenas uma dica para todos: atenção ao comprarem produtos online dessa livraria.
I bought material from this bookstore through Estante Virtual. The product arrived very quickly, in a beautiful and well-packaged envelope, but the book was in terrible condition. In addition to not being the book I requested, it was totally out of order. According to the description of the material, edition number 10 of the book was requested, but this bookstore sent edition number 6, so old that it looked like material to be discarded from the shed of some old used bookstore. About the damage: in addition to having loose pages, some were simply removed - you can see the tear of the pages left in the book, about 05 pages missing. Despite being a long-time customer of Estante Virtual, I've never seen it before - Livraria Universal is the first to send a product in terrible condition. In the end, they said it would be refunded, but they never did. Just a tip for everyone: pay attention when buying products online from this bookstore.
