★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se alguém ainda está pensando em contratar esse provedor, eu tenho algo a dizer, não tenho um mês de uso, e estou muito irritada já, gente a internet não presta pra uma ligação de vídeo no Whatsapp. E sabe o que é melhor? Temos um contrato de 6 meses, e não podemos cancelar. Então antes de contratar qualquer internet pesquise muito, pq essa só me faz passar raiva. Não atendem nem o telefone, já liguei 4 vezes hoje, e não atenderam e agora o telefone só da desligado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet ruim, não pode da um vento na cidade que a Internet cai, se chover então é mais de um dia sem. Detalhe, quando vence vc paga juro altíssimo de um dia só.
A resposta sempre à mesma, tivemos um rompimento em uma de nossas fibras.
