★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou muito decepcionada com o serviço. contratei 15 mega de internet fibra e a meses esta chegando apenas 1.8 megas ou 2.3 megas já entrei em contato porem por e-mail e ligações não viram solucionar meu problema.
e estão mandando fatura normal como se o serviço estivesse sendo feito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avaliação negativa!! 5 dias esperando um técnico pra verificar o aparelho que está sem o sinal Wi-Fi e até agora nada, a gente liga Pra lá que é uma demora em atender , e eles só falam que foi aberta um “o.s” e até hoje nada de técnico para resolver . É pq pago direitinho , imagina se eu não pagasse ….
Negative feedback!! 5 days waiting for a technician to check the device that has no Wi-Fi signal and so far nothing, we call there because it's a long time to answer, and they just say that an "os" was opened and still nothing technician to solve . It's because I paid well, imagine if I didn't pay….
