★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima qualidade rapaz me cobrou um absurdo pra trocar uma peça trocou uma peça da máquina que não tinha nada a haver, um picareta não recomendo esse lugar sem antes fazer um orçamento em outro lugar !
 Poor quality boy charged me nonsense to exchange a piece exchanged a machine part that had nothing to do, a pick would not recommend this place without first making a budget elsewhere!

Diferente de muitas concorrentes da região, o custo beneficio fica claro ao ver o valor das peças e a mão de obra no preço mais abaixo mas com uma qualidade superior, máquina limpinha e funcionando nos trincks. Podem confiar que eles entendem o que fazem. Parabéns!!!
Super professional staff, I called on the spot and they found out the defect very quickly. Unlike many competitors in the region, the cost-benefit is clear when you see the value of the parts and labor at a lower price but with superior quality, clean machine and working in the cracks. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha geladeira Panasonic teve problema em abril 2021 ainda dentro da garantia. Chamei esta empresa e trocaram a placa e o motor. Sem custo pois estava na garantia. Agora outubro 2021 (a garantia de 1 ano terminou em agosto) a geladeira apresenta o mesmo problema. Chamei a empresa novamente e me cobraram noventa reais para a visita técnica caso eu não aprove o orçamento. Além de achar um absurdo a cobrança o que me estranha é que quando foi feito a troca das peças não existe uma garantia pelo serviço executado e tão pouco garantia sobre as peças trocadas. Cancelei a visita do tecnico.
My Panasonic refrigerator had a problem in April 2021 still under warranty. I called this company and they changed the plate and engine. No cost as it was under warranty. Now October 2021 (1 year warranty ended in August) the refrigerator has the same problem. I called the company again and they charged me ninety reais for the technical visit if I don't approve the budget. In addition to finding the charge absurd, what is strange to me is that when the replacement of the parts was made there is no warranty for the service performed and neither is there a warranty on the replaced parts. I canceled the technician's visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A assistência é péssima no quesito atendimento, desorganizados e sem um pingo de respeito com os clientes.
O técnico não aparece e ninguém comunica ou liga p fazer um novo agendamento, o técnico não veio no local em 3 agendamentos e informou que não estava sabendo sobre o chamado.
Também não atendem o telefone quando eu ligo, não responde minhas mensagens mas quando eu ligo de número diferente eles atendem..
O produto foi coletado e ninguém informa o problema do produto ou o prazo de devolução do produto.
A ordem de serviço só foi disponibilizado depois de muita insistência e mesmo assim o documento não informa os dados da assistência (CNPJ, RAZÃO SOCIAL ENDERECO E ETC...). A ORDEM DE SERVIÇO NÃO POSSUI AS INFORMAÇÕES BÁSICAS DA prestadora de serviço e a atendente informa que é assim e ponto final.
