Após falar 2 dias com o atendente Tiago, eu e minha esposa fechamos na sexta 15/03, as 17hs, a contratação de uma tenda para o chá de fraldas do meu filho, que ocorreria dia seguinte, após o almoço. A atendente Mirela confirmou a montagem e disse que enviaria um pedido de dados cadastrais do WhatsApp para elaborar um contrato.
Fiquei esperando e por volta das 19:00hs recebo uma mensagem de WhatsApp dizendo que pedido havia sido cancelado por falta de resposta. A empresa entendeu que por eu ter lido e não respondido naqueles minutos o formulário, seria um sinal de que eu preferia deixar minha esposa grávida e todos meus convidados na chuva no dia seguinte. Não ligaram pra nós consultar. Simplesmente cancelaram a montagem e nos deixaram sem alternativa para contratar outra empresa.
Liguei de volta e não atenderam. Se resumiram a responder por whatWhat que outro pedido mais lucrativo foi feito naqueles minutos e que sentiam muito pq é assim que funciona a ANIMADA FESTA.
Total lack of professionalism and commitment to the client.
After speaking with the attendant Tiago for two days, my wife and I closed on Friday, March 15, at 5:00 pm, the hiring of a tent for my son's diaper, which would take place the following day after lunch. Attendant Mirela confirmed the assembly and said she would send a request for WhatsApp registration data to make a contract.
I kept waiting and around 7:00 pm I get a message from WhatsApp saying that request had been canceled due to lack of response. The company understood that because I read and did not respond in those minutes the form would be a sign that I would rather leave my pregnant wife and all my guests in the rain the next day. They did not call us. They simply canceled the assembly and left us with no alternative to hire another company.
I called back and they did not answer. They summed up to answer by WhatWhat another more lucrative request was made in those minutes and that they felt very pq that is how the ANIMATED FESTA works.
