★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Temos alugado carros nesta locadora, tem sido satisfatório. Nesta última vez que alugamos, o carro que ofereceram não foi muito satisfatório, era um carro duro, bem desconfortável, não tinha alarme, o que nos tirou um pouco a tranquilidade do passeio.
 We have rented cars from this rental company, it has been satisfactory. This last time we rented, the car they offered was not very satisfactory, it was a hard car, very uncomfortable, it didn't have an alarm, which took away the tranquility of the ride a little.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo Atendimento, aluguei uma Doblo pelo programa de milhas livelo, em que no voucher consta até 3 condutores adicionais gratis, porém mesmo mostrando o voucher, a atendente (Michelle) cobrou o condutor adicional e ainda me informou que teria que pagar e tentar reembolso com a livelo. Caso não pagasse, nao fecharia minha reserva.
Terrible Service, I rented a Doblo through the livelo miles program, in which the voucher contains up to 3 additional drivers for free, but even showing the voucher, the attendant (Michelle) charged the additional driver and even informed me that I would have to pay and try to refund with to livelo. If I didn't pay, I wouldn't close my reservation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como sempre a Localiza Santo André Dom Pedro, sempre dando a melhor experiência! já alugo com eles já faz 8 anos desde a minha lua de mel até hoje já com família!
A localiza me proporciona ter uma experiência com carro zero km de várias categorias, o checking da viagem já começa no balcão com o belo atendimento das meninas, super educadas, ponto positivo pra atendimento da Vivian! transparente com o serviço!
Recomendo você como eu que tem carro pequeno e em viagens longas locar um carro premium pra ter conforto na viagem, fez toda experiência.
Hoje não compensa comprar um carro de 100 mil reais, pagar seguro e IPVA, para viajar poucas vezes no ano! mas compensa demais ALUGAR como esse da fotografia, era primeira locação cheiro de novo.
Só uma sugestão:
Os carros precisaria ter película de segurança escura! deixa muito imune um carro sem “insulfilme”, da insegurança no retorno em São Paulo inclusive em horários de fluxo das marginais parada!

As always Localiza Santo André Dom Pedro, always giving the best experience! I have been renting with them for 8 years since my honeymoon until now with my family!
The location gives me an experience with a zero km car of various categories, the checking of the trip starts at the counter with the beautiful service of the girls, super polite, a positive point for Vivian's service! transparent with the service!
I recommend you, like me, who have a small car and on long journeys, rent a premium car to have comfort on the trip, it made the whole experience.
Today it's not worth it to buy a 100 thousand reais car, pay insurance and IPVA, to travel a few times a year! but it pays too much to RENT like the one in the picture, it was the first location, smell again.
Just a suggestion:
Cars would need to have dark security film! makes a car without “insulfilme” very immune from the insecurity of the return in São Paulo, even at the flow times of the marginal stops!
