★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a agência de castanhal-pa,o atendimento e muito ruim,fui atendido para expor um problema pela gerente da loja e a mesma ameaçou até chamar a polícia por questiona-la a respeito de aluguel de carro sem cartão de crédito e caução,procedimento realizado nesta loja a um funcionário de minha empresa,nunca tinha visto isso em lugar nenhum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência nesta locadora, com clara propaganda enganosa, com valores de diárias de 81 reais, porém que não incluem seguros e taxas, alterando o valor substancialmente. Houve ainda recusa de locação mesmo após aprovação do cartão de crédito. Sendo que tinha limite no cartão e carteira de motorista em dia. Fizeram eu percorrer uma distância de 60 km de uma cidade para outra para buscar o veículo, e na hora do atendimento falam que não poderiam efetuar a locação por negação do sistema, sem nem me repassar os motivos. Ainda bem que tinha aplicativo de outras locadoras, e pude locar em belem na locadora concorrente. Mas nisso me fizeram perder tempo e locomoção até o local e dinheiro. Não façam locação neste lugar, vão perder o tempo de vocês. Nunca mais faço reserva de locação neste lugar e contarei para quem eu puder a péssima experiência que tive nesta locadora.

Thankfully I had app from other rental companies, and I was able to rent it in belem at the competitor's rental company. But in this they made me lose time and travel to the place and money. Do not rent in this place, you will waste your time. I never make a rental reservation in this place again and I'll tell whoever I can about the bad experience I had in this rental company.

O atendimento das meninas Amanda e Maria Luiza, junto com os colegas Raí e Leandro faz toda a diferença.
Of all the rental stores in Castanhal, Localiza is without a doubt the best, but I recommend downloading the app and booking in advance, so as not to get too high prices. The attendance of the girls Amanda and Maria Luiza, along with their colleagues Raí and Leandro makes all the difference.

Simplesmente pelo fato de que por eu não ter aceitado acordo de seguro, eles me deram um carro com o pneu quase pra estourar, assim que cheguei em casa se eu não tivesse prestado mais atenção que a empresa, nos detalhes do carro, talvez eu não estaria aqui para dar minha opinião sobre a empresa!
Fico muito triste com essa atitude de "desigualdade"
O pneu do carro estava com um remendo do lado e estava saindo, provavelmente com a pressão de uma viagem ele iria estourar, causando assim um possível grave acidente! Seria um acidente de causa e efeito. Que vergonha desta empresa! Sempre querendo ganhar.
I had a bad first experience with the company.
Simply because I didn't accept an insurance agreement, they gave me a car with the tire almost to burst, as soon as I got home if I hadn't paid more attention than the company, to the details of the car, maybe I wouldn't I would be here to give my opinion about the company!

The car tire had a patch on the side and was coming off, probably with the pressure of a trip it would burst, thus causing a possible serious accident! It would be an accident of cause and effect. Shame on this company! Always wanting to win.
