★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível a experiência que tive com a questão de análise de crédito, sendo que isso é o que estou supondo que pode ter dado "errado" no aluguel do veículo, pois nem dizer qual foi o problema que te impediu de ter acesso ao automóvel eles lhe dizem.
 Horrible experience I had with the issue of credit analysis, and that's what I'm guessing that may have gone "wrong" in renting the vehicle, because not even saying what was the problem that prevented you from having access to the car they say.

My experience with Localiza is always the best. They are punctual, attentive, and provide excellent service. The application of the location is complete and leaves no doubt. Support works 24 hours a day, I had an unforeseen problem at dawn and it was promptly resolved.
I consider it one of the best rental companies in Brazil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento dos funcionários muito bom, porém o que mais se tem lá é estresse por causa da política da empresa que dá carros cheios de problemas para os clientes e não quero resolver; e o pior, depois de muita insistência para realizar uma troca te dão outro carro com problema e assim sucessivamente.
Employee service is very good, but what you have most there is stress because of the company's policy that gives customers cars full of problems and I don't want to solve them; and the worst, after a lot of insistence to make an exchange they give you another car with a problem and so on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 estrelas para a equipe do atendimento presencial, e também o carro que eu peguei e que fiquei quase 10 meses, carro novo do ano e sem problema nenhum, o problema é o pós, devolvi o carro com um arranhão e uma mossa pequena do lado, foi mim cobrado 510 e mais algumas coisas que eu fiquei devendo foi para novicentos e pouco, avisei que iria pagar com a calção, mesmo assim estavam mim cobrando incansavelmente e até mim ameaçando colocar meu nome no SPC, não sai inadimplênte para merecer isso.
5 stars for the face-to-face service team, and also the car that I took and that I stayed for almost 10 months, new car of the year and without any problem, the problem is the powder, I returned the car with a scratch and a small dent on the side , I was charged 510 and a few more things that I owed were for novices and a little, I warned that I would pay with the shorts, even so they were relentlessly charging me and even threatening to put my name on the SPC, I don't go out in default to deserve this.
