Acreditem o carro quebrou o Pedal da embreagem e a marcha não entrava de forma nenhuma. Após horas na estrada, consegui que um amigo me ajudasse. coloquei em risco a minha vida e dos meus familiares. CARRO 2019/2019, NÃO ERA PARA ACONTECER ISSO. FOI CONSTATO ATRAVÉS DO MECÂNICO QUE O PEDAL QUEBROU ANTERIORMENTE COM O ANTIGO DONO E FOI COLADO. Onde está a qualidade. O gerente da Manutenção não dá atenção a ninguém, deve estar trabalhando só para receber o salário.
Terrible attendance. they just want to sell, they don't care about the customer's well-being. I bought an HB20 car on 03/22/2021, Sunday 03/28/2021, traveled to Pojuca. Believe me, the car broke the clutch pedal and the gear did not enter at all. After hours on the road, I got a friend to help me. I put my life and that of my family members at risk. CAR 2019/2019, IT WASN'T FOR THIS TO HAPPEN. IT WAS CONTAINED THROUGH THE MECHANIC THAT THE PEDAL BROKEN PREVIOUSLY WITH THE OLD OWNER AND WAS STUCK. Where is the quality. The Maintenance manager pays no attention to anyone, he must be working just to receive his salary.
