Deixei no cadastro da reserva meus dados como o meu telefone.
Chegando em Trancoso, fui até a localiza para retirar o veículo, e para minha surpresa o atendente informou que estavam SEM SISTEMA HA 2 DIAS ! E não tinha previsão de retorno.
A pergunta que não quer calar !!!! Porque não pediram para a central entrar e contato comm quem havia feito a locação ?? E avisasse que não seria possível a locação ! Varias pessoas chegando e se frustando com a informação passada! Não RECOMENDO
I made a reservation a week in advance, to enjoy my vacation without a headache!
I left my data such as my phone number on the booking record.
Arriving in Trancoso, I went to the location to remove the vehicle, and to my surprise the attendant informed that they were WITHOUT SYSTEM FOR 2 DAYS! And there was no return forecast.
The question that everybody wants to hear !!!! Why didn't they ask the center to come in and contact whoever had made the lease? And let me know that the lease would not be possible! Lots of people arriving and getting frustrated with the information passed! I do not recommend

One of the best services we've ever had!!! Chris is fantastic! She gave a lot of tour tips, explained about the city, about the car… She is perfect! On top of that, the rental price was great.

Por motivos pessoais precisei antecipar a devolução do veículo e a atendente Cristielle Andrade da Localiza de Trancoso (BA), com sensibilidade e profissionalismo agilizou ao máximo a entrega.
Ela e seu colega que recebeu o veículo foram extremamente flexíveis e solícitos, nos ajudando inclusive a não perder a Van de volta para Arraial.
Recomendo esses profissionais e espero que a empresa os valorize e adote como política institucional a conduta que tiveram conosco.
Agora uma dica que soube depois:
Verifique o consumo do veículo que alugar, pois o combustível entregue na retirada pode ser etanol, eu coloquei gasolina e tive um gasto maior, pois, só me toquei depois.
Fiquei satisfeito com minha experiência!

For personal reasons I had to anticipate the return of the vehicle and the attendant Cristielle Andrade from Localiza de Trancoso (BA), with sensitivity and professionalism, speeded up the delivery as much as possible.
She and her colleague who received the vehicle were extremely flexible and helpful, even helping us not to lose the van back to Arraial.
I recommend these professionals and I hope that the company values them and adopts the conduct they had with us as an institutional policy.
Now a tip I learned later:
Check the consumption of the vehicle you rent, as the fuel delivered at pick-up can be ethanol, I put gasoline and had a higher expense, because I only touched it later.
I was satisfied with my experience!
