No entanto, o serviço de despachante é furada. Vc paga R$ 900 por este serviço justamente para não ter que ficar no meio do seu dia indo resolver problema, pq tem dificuldade de sair durante a semana. Aí o despachante te manda ir assinar documento, e buscar documento até as 15:30 da tarde, no lugar mais movimentado de SJC que não tem estacionamento: centro. MUITO pior que não te entregar os documentos, que seria o mínimo pelo valor pago, o serviço é em horário que não atende quase nenhum trabalhador desse país. Vc precisa ir assinar documento, precisa autenticar assinatura, precisa buscar documento e mandar emplacar. Resumo: NÃO CONTRATEM, pois só entram com o pedido no detran, e nada mais por um valor BEM ALTO!

Summary: DO NOT CONTRACT, as they only enter the order in the DMV, and nothing more for a WELL HIGH value!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me venderam carro com vicio oculto. Logo após os 90 dias da garantia meu veículo começou a bater biela, com 38000 km apenas. Descobri dentro do motor uma borra de óleo incrustada em todo sistema, característico de manutenção indevida, reposição de óleo ao invés da troca. A Localiza ignorou minha situação e tomei um prejuízo imenso.

They sold me a car with a hidden addiction. Soon after the 90 days of warranty my vehicle started to hit the connecting rod, with only 38000 km. I discovered inside the engine an oil sludge encrusted throughout the system, characteristic of improper maintenance, oil replacement instead of changing. Localiza ignored my situation and I took a huge loss.
