Carro com um ano de uso com quarenta mil quilômetros rodados. O preço dos carros chega a ficar muito perto de um carro zero da mesma categoria. Compensa comprar um carro zero mesmo tendo todas as despesas que um carro zero tem, pelo menos e ZERO quilômetro.

We bought three cars in this store, the seller's name is André...in the last q we bought the bank screwed up a lot...but André never gave up on the business...great salesman...look for André...he really helps you close the best deal.

Parabéns à Localiza por ter em seus quadro de funcionários vendedores como este. Não obstante eu esteja dando para a loja classificação de 5 estrelas, quero deixar registrado que em momento algum o Gerente da loja (o qual teve que apreciar o pedido para a compra do carro) veio ao meu encontro para simplesmente cumprimentar ou até mesmo para parabenizar pela compra do veículo. Esta postura precisaria ser revista, pois o que se espera de um Gerente de uma loja de um porte tão grande é mais cordialidade e capacidade de se socializar com os clientes.

Passei por uma situação péssima. Depositei a reserva do carro numa sexta, porém fui avisada no sábado que outra pessoa havia conseguido reservar antes.
Marcos me perguntou se eu poderia aguardar até quarta caso aparecesse outro carro. Porém "só esqueceu" de falar que, no caso de reserva de um carro, o dinheiro volta em 3 dias úteis após o envio de um formulário.
Fiquei revoltada com a falta de informação sobre o prazo. Mas fiquei mais impressionada que tive que preencher um formulário de "desistência de compra" e aguardar a Localiza "aprovar", sendo que, por incompetência do vendedor, eu perdi o carro, e em nenhum momento desisti da compra.
E mesmo assim só fui receber meu dinheiro de volta 10 dias depois, um absurdo! Muito cuidado ao falarem, combinarem, assinarem qualquer coisa nessa loja!!!!!
Seller Marcos does not explain correct information, I do not recommend anyone to do business with this store.
I went through a bad situation. I deposited the car reservation on a Friday, but I was notified on Saturday that someone else had managed to book it earlier.
Marcos asked me if I could wait until Wednesday in case another car showed up. However, he "just forgot" to mention that, in the case of booking a car, the money will be returned within 3 working days after submitting a form.
I was disgusted by the lack of information about the deadline. But I was more impressed that I had to fill out a "buy withdrawal" form and wait for Localiza to "approve", and because of the seller's incompetence, I lost the car, and at no time gave up on the purchase.
And even then I only got my money back 10 days later, absurd! Be very careful when talking, agreeing, signing anything in this store!!!!!
