★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As minhas duas primeiras experiência de compras foram ótimas, comprei um Fiat uno Vivace, em 2012, o vendedor foi super atencioso, ogernte também todos funcionario que estavam, muito receptivos, gostei muito do carro que comprei, posteriormente, retornei e troquei o carro por um Onix, o atendimento foi excelente, o carro me atende e gosto muito do bem que adquirir, mas ontem ao retornar na concessionária, para olhar um novo carro, fiquei decepcionada com o atendimento, fiquei horas aguardando avaliação da ficha, o vendedor estava preocupado em atender vários cliente na mesma hora, me deixou horas e horas. Nao pretendo voltar lá mais.
My first two shopping experiences were great, I bought a Fiat uno Vivace, in 2012, the seller was super attentive, also all the employees were very receptive, I really liked the car I bought, later I returned and exchanged the car for an Onix, the service was excellent, the car serves me and I really like the good that I acquire, but yesterday when I returned to the dealership, to look at a new car, I was disappointed with the service, I was waiting for an evaluation of the file, the seller was worried in serving several clients at the same time, left me hours and hours. I don't intend to go back there anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, retiro a boa avaliação que fiz da empresa há dois meses atrás. Realmente, o pós venda é horrível. Por isso, fiquem atentos a todos os itens do check list. Os vendedores fazem tudo muito rápido, acho que é para não dar tempo mesmo de perceber alguma avaria. Meu pai deixou passar batido que o para-choque traseiro estava bambo sem alguns grampos de sustentação. Resultado: o carro nem fez 3 meses de uso e eles não querem cobrir essa manutenção, sendo que já saiu da loja assim. Dizem muito que o carro é de procedência, mas, parece que não é bem assim. Extremamente decepcionada e frustrada, pois deixamos de comprar o carro em um lugar mais barato confiando no que a Localiza prometeu: confiabilidade e procedência!
Unfortunately, I withdraw the good assessment I made of the company two months ago. Really, after sales is awful. So stay tuned to all items on the check list. Salespeople do everything very quickly, I think it is to not give time even to notice any damage. My father let it pass that the rear bumper was wobbly without some support clamps. Result: the car hasn't even used it for 3 months and they don't want to cover this maintenance, since they left the store like this. They say a lot that the car is of origin, but, it seems that it is not quite like that. Extremely disappointed and frustrated, as we stopped buying the car in a cheaper place, trusting what Localiza promised: reliability and origin!
