★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora de vender te atendem como rei,mas depois que vendem te trata como um lixo,me vendeu carro e não fez o mínimo de revisão que garante segurança .tive que ficar me humilhando e aguentando o pouco caso deles em me atender.o que dá a entender e que os carros que vendem só aguenta 3 meses ,e não preza pela qualidade.pois menos de três meses o carro já apresentava vazamento.
E tive que trocar pastilhas com menos de duas semanas e correia só alternador e do ar.
E quando fui questionar com eles foi só decepção e ainda põe cima atrasa para entregar o documento.
Nota zero não indico pra ninguém.
When it comes to selling, they serve you like a king, but after they sell, they treat you like rubbish, they sold me a car and did not do the minimum review that guarantees safety. it suggests that the cars they sell only last 3 months, and do not care for quality. After less than three months the car already had a leak.
And I had to change pads less than two weeks old and only alternator and air belt.
And when I went to question them it was just a disappointment and still puts up a delay to deliver the document.
A zero score does not indicate to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em 2020 adquirimos com a empresa um veículo Celta ano 2006 para usarmos para trabalho, o veículo já nas primeiras semanas já apresentou defeito, foi para oficina d agência e voltou com a informação de se o defeito foi resolvido. Hoje quase um ano
depois estamos com um carro que precisar refazer o motor parado em nossa garagem. Entramos na justiça para fazer um acordo e a agência sequer nos deu alguma sugestão para resolver o problema. Na hora de vender e uma coisa quando aparece o problema é outra. Não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ experiência desagradável!!! te tratam como rei antes da compra do veículo após a compra nao querem mais saber de nada, o proprietário simplesmente te ignora logo após a compra do veículo não há mais assistência, vc nunca consegue falar com Sr Geraldo, único ponto positivo é a funcionária Eloisa essa sim te atende e tenta sempre fazee o que pode ..mas Não recomendo a concessionária.
