★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bom, porém fui lá várias vezes procurando um carro prata e que o vendedor disse que conseguiria para mim e me ligaria. Não ligou. Voltei lá e o cara nem lembrava de mim, anotei meu telefone e dentro de 2 dias me retornaria, também não retornou.
The service is good, but I went there several times looking for a silver car and the seller said he could get me and call me. Didn't care. I came back and the guy didn't even remember me, wrote down my phone and within 2 days would return me, also did not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deveriam cobrar mais barato dos carros, carros sem revisão comprovada, muito rodados pro ano deles, chamam de completo mas é: 'Kit Dignidade' (básico, ar, direção, vidro, trava). Eles poderiam vender somente online, sem vendedor , você via pelo site, ia ver o carro no pátio e comprava se gostasse. Barateava o veículo.
They should charge cheaper cars, cars without a proven revision, very rounded by their year, call it complete but it is: 'Kit Dignity' (basic, air, direction, glass, latch). They could sell only online, without a salesperson, you would see through the website, go see the car in the yard and buy if you liked. It cheapened the vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já se passaram 5 meses e até hoje não consegui realizar a transferência do veículo adquirido na localiza seminovos Piracicaba. Falta de profissionalismo, sempre jogando a culpa no despachante e o mesmo culpando a falta de comprometimento da localiza, e eu no meio dessa situação toda sem conseguir resolver nada. Aí vc leva multa pois passou do prazo para transferência, não consegue fazer uma viagem longa pois sem o documento não dá pra fazer seguro e depois que te venderam o carro quer que você se fod@. Nunca mais volto a fazer negócio com essa empresa e não recomendo a ninguém.
It has been 5 months and until today I have not been able to transfer the vehicle purchased in the Piracicaba semi-new location. Lack of professionalism, always blaming the dispatcher and the same blaming the lack of commitment of the local, and I am in the middle of this situation without being able to solve anything. Then you get a ticket because you have passed the deadline for transfer, you can't make a long trip because without the document you can't insure and after they sold you the car, you want to fuck yourself I will never do business with this company again and I do not recommend it to anyone.
