★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui com a minha família em um sábado a noite e a experiência foi a pior possível. Chegamos e a casa estava cheia, fui abordado por uma garçonete que disse não haver uma previsão, não havia uma lista de espera. Saí e fiquei na calçada e fui abordado por um garçom de cabelo comprido muito solícito e se prontificou a colocar uma mesa pra mim. Quando ele estava montando aquela garçonete que havia me abordado inicialmente veio e o interrompeu dizendo que não era para montar a mesa. Me senti mal com a situação, agradeci o empenho do rapaz, mas fui a outra hamburgueria.
 I went with my family on a Saturday night and the experience was the worst possible. We arrived and the house was full, I was approached by a waitress who said there was no forecast, there was no waiting list. I went out and stood on the sidewalk and was approached by a very helpful waiter with long hair and offered to set a table for me. When he was setting up that waitress who had approached me initially came and interrupted him saying that it was not to set the table. I felt bad about the situation, I thanked the young man for his efforts, but I went to another hamburger shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até o Shark Burguer e fui informado que o pedido demoraria cerca de 40 minutos, pedi dois lanches e o pedido demorou 1 hora e 10minutos.
A cada momento que perguntava sobre o lanche era informado que demoraria mais 10 minutos.
Lanche vegetariano:
1)Foi pedido um lanche vegetariano sem cebola caramelizada,quando cheguei em casa verifiquei que o lanche VEIO com a cebola caramelizada
2)O lanche vegetariano não vem salada, foi pedido um acréscimo de salada que custa 3 reais, veio somente meia folha de alface e uma fatia de tomate
3) No menu não vem escrito que o lanche vem com molho,porém veio com um molho que parecia molho de tomate com gosto de Bacon
4) hamburguer vegetariano é frito, porém queimaram o hamburguer
Ambos os lanches vieram bem frios e com o pão bem murcho ( era no pão francês)
O lanche NÃO compensa, atendimento péssimo e qualidade ruim
Pontos positivos: o hambúrguer de carne estava muito bom e a batata frita apesar de ter chego bem murcha é saborosa
I went to Shark Burguer and was informed that the order would take about 40 minutes, I ordered two snacks and the order took 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Every time I asked about the snack, I was told that it would take another 10 minutes.
Vegetarian snack:
1) A vegetarian snack was ordered without caramelized onions, when I got home I noticed that the snack CAME with caramelized onions
2) The vegetarian snack does not come with a salad, an extra salad was requested which costs 3 reais, only half a leaf of lettuce and a slice of tomato came
3) The menu doesn't say that the snack comes with sauce, but it came with a sauce that looked like tomato sauce with a taste of bacon
4) veggie burger is fried, but they burnt the burger
Both snacks came very cold and the bread was very soggy (it was on French bread)
The lunch is NOT worth it, bad service and bad quality
Positives: the beef hamburger was very good and the fries, despite arriving very wilted, are tasty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho compartilhar a péssima experiência que tive com essa Hambúrgueria.
Fui no sábado passado com minha namorada e já começou a ser ruim na hora que chegarmos..... esperamos cerca de 15 minutos e os garçons passavam e não anotavam o pedido, quando tentava chamar algum garçom, eles olhavam para o chão, parecendo de propósito já para não vir na mesa.
Após isto, levante e fui até o caixa para implorar para alguém anotar o meu pedido, até ai beleza!
Passado hr 1:30, levantei e fui perguntar se o pedido estava pronto e ainda não estava (casa não estava cheia em).
Passado h 1:37, fui até o caixa falar que ia levar o pedido, pois desisti de ficar no lugar, tudo muito ruim!!!!! gente nem que me paguem tudo grátis eu não volto.
E por fim, o lanche achei até que mais ou menos, porém o queijo empanado estava só o óleo puro....
Não indicaria nunca, atendimento 0, demora em tudo e lanche 05/10.
I come to share the bad experience I had with this Burger.
I went last Saturday with my girlfriend and it already started to be bad by the time we arrived..... we waited about 15 minutes and the waiters passed by and didn't take the order, when I tried to call a waiter, they looked at the floor, looking on purpose not to come to the table.
After that, I got up and went to the cashier to beg someone to take my order, see you there!
After 1:30 hr, I got up and went to ask if the order was ready and it still wasn't (house wasn't full in).
After 1:37 am, I went to the cashier to say that I was going to take the order, because I gave up on staying in the place, all very bad!!!!! people, even if they pay me everything for free, I won't be back.
And finally, I thought the snack was more or less, but the breaded cheese was just pure oil....
I would never recommend, service 0, delay in everything and snack 05/10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento, hambúrguer veio no ponto escolhido, bebida gelada. É um lanche mais caro, mas a qualidade compensa, vale a pena!
Excellent service, hamburger came at the chosen point, cold drink. It's a more expensive snack, but the quality pays off, it's worth it!

The snack was very good, but the mayonnaise, as always, pays for it, so 4 stars I think at least 1 small bottle should be free like bulguer
