★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico e não retorno. Carros com mais de 40 mil quilômetros rodados, em péssimo estado de conservação. Bancos com estofados sujos, molhados e manchados. Rádio sem funcionar. Lamento, mas não terão mais eu e meus familiares como clientes.

Só existe um cubículo com ar condicionado. A funcionária Beatriz, que sequer estava no atendimento, com arrogância e descortesia informa que só pode ficar uma pessoa preenchendo o longo cadastro.
Mesmo estando apenas eu e meu marido, 1 casal de meia idade, ela proibiu a permanência na sala refrigerada.
O local de espera era uma calçada sob teto de zinco, quentíssima , com sofá rasgado e água pingando nas cadeiras.
Entendi porque exigiram o pagamento adiantado de uma parte da reserva. De outro modo teríamos cancelado imediatamente.
Muito a aprender sobre essa coisa tão chata que se chama cliente, e que paga todas as contas.
Nunca mais !!!! Não recomendo !!!! Muitas empresas boas na região pra cair nessa cilada! Perderam numa tacada 3 locações.
Tudo por não saber selecionar nem treinar seus funcionários.
PS: a demora na papelada, na entrega do carro, na vistoria é algo inexplicável.

There is only one air-conditioned cubicle. The employee Beatriz, who was not even in attendance, with arrogance and discourtesy informs that only one person can stay filling out the long registration.
Even though it was just my husband and I, 1 middle-aged couple, she forbade them to stay in the refrigerated room.
The waiting place was a sidewalk under a tin roof, very hot, with a torn sofa and water dripping on the chairs.
I understand why they demanded advance payment of part of the reservation. Otherwise we would have canceled immediately.
A lot to learn about this boring thing called a customer, and it pays all the bills.
Never !!!! I do not recommend !!!! Many good companies in the region to fall into this trap! They lost 3 locations in one stroke.
All because of not knowing how to select or train their employees.
PS: the delay in the paperwork, in the delivery of the car, in the inspection is something inexplicable.
