Na hora de fechar o contrato de locação vão buscar vc onde vc estiver mas na hora de entregar o carro vc tem que levar até a locadora e não foram capaz de se quer oferecer uma carona de volta ao hotel ou qualquer outro local.
Ou seja quando vc vai fechar o contrato vc é importante depois que fechou vire-se.
Além disso me alugaram um carro bem detonado com problemas de suspensão enfim não alugaria um carro com esta empresa novamente.
Unfortunately I wasn't satisfied with the service and I don't recommend it.
At the time of closing the rental contract they will pick you up wherever you are but when delivering the car you have to take it to the rental company and they were not able to offer a ride back to the hotel or any other location.
In other words, when you're going to close the contract, you're important after it's closed, turn around.
Besides, they rented me a well-detonated car with suspension problems, so I wouldn't rent a car with this company again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chegamos ao aeroporto de recife e fomos abordados por uma pessoa que nos ofereceu locação de carro como se fosse de uma empresa super conhecida e logo que demonstramos interesse ele nos encaminhou para uma pessoa nos levar até a locadora, entretanto essa outra pessoa tomou o cartão que tínhamos e mãos e entregou outro falando que aquele seria para qualquer tipo de assistência caso necessário.
Chegou outra pessoa em um voyage 2018 que fazia muito barulho e nos levou até a locadora, chegando lá percebemos que era tudo muito amador e perguntamos qual veículo eles tinham disponíveis para locação e foi informado que seria o voyage 2018 e decidimos não locar.
Ficamos decepcionados e fomos embora.
We arrived at the reef airport and were approached by a person who offered us a car rental as if it were a very well-known company and as soon as we showed interest he referred us to someone to take us to the rental company, however this person took the card that we had and hands and he handed over another saying that that would be for any kind of assistance if necessary.
Another person arrived in a voyage 2018 that made a lot of noise and took us to the rental company, when we arrived there we realized that it was all very amateur and we asked which vehicle they had available for rental and was informed that it would be the voyage 2018 and we decided not to.
We were disappointed and left.
