★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei uma reserva de um carro básico, para o período de 22 dezembro a 05 de janeiro, o acordo foi um Fiat Uno ou similar da categoria básica, tanque cheio como de praxe em qualquer locadora. Chegando no dia 22 de dezembro, a locadora disponibilizou um Corsa Modelo Classic, totalmente fora de linha,80 mil quilômetros rodados, com o tanque na reserva. Após algumas horas rodando com o veículo, notamos que quando o veículo circulava por estradas depreciadas, apresentava um barulho incomum. Preocupados, entramos em contato com a empresa, que nos orientou a procurar um mecânico, isso no 2 dia onde estávamos de férias em Porto de Galinhas. No mesmo momento, falei para em proprietária da empresa, Senhora Hebe, que esta ação tinha que partir da empresa, não do cliente e que cabia a ela efetuar a troca do veículo, após inúmeras tratativas via WhatsApp ela sempre insistindo para que procurássemos um mecânico, finalmente ela trocou o carro um dia depois em um horário totalmente inapropriado. Diante deste fato, ela queria cobrar um valor acima, justificando que o veículo Gol que substituiu o corsa era uma categoria superior, mesmo que fosse o problema que ela me trouxe deveria ser uma compensação recusei a justificativa dela e solicitei que me fosse mantido a mesma categoria.
O atraso na resolução do problema, bem como o descaso que fomos tratados ocasionou vários transtornos ao meu planejamento de relaxar e descansar. Por este motivo, não recomendo está empresa.

The delay in solving the problem, as well as the neglect that we were treated caused several disturbances to my planning to relax and rest. For this reason, I do not recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma experiência nada agradável com essa locadora , aluguei um carro flex que só funcionava no álcool , e além disso o carro um prisma que tava com os tapetes rasgados entre outra coisas , acontece que a proprietária quem fez a vistoria na entrega do carro , a mesma ficou procurando detalhes no carro a fim de tirar proveito do locatário . não recomendo essa locadora , nada profissional, lamentável.
