I got to know the place because of a suitcase I bought and it came defective. I was well attended at the place, where they immediately solved the problem, guided me on how to proceed, but I had to change the suitcase due to manufacturing defect. I would return to the site and refer others.

Great service with fair price, the two bags were repaired and delivered on time and everything that was done was explained in detail. I recommend and intend to use whenever you need to repair or rent suitcases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei, principalmente da falta de compromisso e verdade. Fiz orçamento, paguei a vista me deram um prazo e msm indo 1dia depois a mala tava inacabada. Fiquei esperando o serviço q nao foi concluido a contento e ainda tive que escutar inverdades. Nao confio meu dinheiro numa empresa que não é verdadeira com seu cliente.
I didn't like it, especially the lack of commitment and truth. I made a budget, paid the cash, they gave me a deadline and msm going 1 day later the suitcase was unfinished. I was waiting for the service that was not completed satisfactorily and I still had to listen to untruths. I do not trust my money in a company that is not genuine with its client.
