Péssima experiência!!!! Não aceito ficarem de deboche comigo, fui cordial e respeitoso, e recebo isso em troca
I just called on the phone to get some information, and a gentleman on the other end of the line answered me pretending he wasn't listening to me, I asked and he didn't even bother to listen until he hung up on me. Bad experience!!!! I don't accept being mocked with me, I was cordial and respectful, and I get that in return

Possui uma equipe especializada (o alinhamento aqui é excelente! O responsável faz isso há mais de 30 anos) e atenciosa (destaco o Naldo, parceria de quase 10 anos).
Oficina tradicional (não tem computadores espalhados por todos os lados, mas é bem equipada). Os mecânicos aqui sabem lidar com os carros e - bem importante - não empurram serviços desnecessários pra fazer.
Ultimamente tem estado lotada, então é bom chegar no primeiro horário, por volta das 7 da manhã.
Service sector when we find someone we can trust we always want to keep them in our lives.
It has a specialized team (the alignment here is excellent! The person in charge has been doing this for over 30 years) and attentive (I highlight Naldo, a partnership of almost 10 years).
Traditional workshop (there are no computers scattered all over the place, but it is well equipped). The mechanics here know how to handle the cars and - very importantly - they don't push unnecessary work to do.
It's been busy lately, so it's best to arrive early, around 7am.
