★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ao consultório no qual me tratava a mais de 3 anos com muita dor no dente , bateram um raio X e apareceu uma mancha escura entre as raízes do dente, e a doutora falou que não tinha problema algum, como se eu estivesse mentindo da dor, como se estivesse imaginando a dor, algo de errado sei tinha, pois foi eu que passei a noite toda sem dormir com dor, depois falou que o jeito seria arrancar o meu dente (que já havia efetuado um tratamento de canal no próprio consultório), e como estava louca de dor quase cai nessa furada, porem meu supervisor meu deu o telefone de outro consultório, que me fez um pronto atendimento com toda a explicação do que estava ocorrendo e foi identificado infecção da gengiva, fiz o que deveria ser feito para resolver o problema e tomei vários antibióticos, realmente fiquei indignada com o atendimento e falta de respeito com o paciente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ após ter feito dois tratamentos neste local me senti indignada nesta ultima vez , sai da sala do dentista e disse a secretaria o procedimento que havia feito sem me dar muita atenção pediu ao dentista que confir masse o que disse, reclamei da DESCONFIANÇA paguei escutei justificativas sem concordar .
voltei para dar continuidade, apos ser atendida o profissional pediu que antes de continuar, entenda na cadeira do dentista,fosse efetuar o pagamento para ser autorizado , olha é um direito de cada profissional administrar o seu negócio a sua maneia, bem como também me reservo o direito de não voltar nunca mais, me senti ofendida como se alguma das vezes tivesse devendo alguma coisa entende, precisamos ser menos comodistas, busquei proximidade achei isto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento do dentista foi terrível! Fez todo o procedimento de tratamento de cárie em estágio relativamente avançado sem anestesia! Meu marido referiu diversas vezes estar com dor intensa e o dentista disse "que dava pra aguentar sim!" Fora que após o procedimento nem procurou fazer limpeza mais profunda nos outros dentes! Ou seja, serviço caro,m feito e incompleto!
Dentist care was terrible! Did the whole procedure of caries treatment at a relatively advanced stage without anesthesia! My husband reported several times that he was in severe pain and the dentist said "I could handle it!" Besides, after the procedure he didn't even try to clean the other teeth more thoroughly! That is, expensive, poorly done and incomplete service!

Fiz 3 tratamentos de canal, colocando próteses de porcelana indicada por ser de melhor qualidade, e também sendo a mais cara oferecida por eles, e em dois anos a prótese caiu. Voltei no consultório e a dentista disse que teria que refazer tudo novamente e que pagaria tudo novamente, e que poderia cair novamente e que não daria garantia do serviço. Serviço muito mal feito, não tinha o valor que foi cobrado de 1400,00 para refazer o serviço e a dentista simplesmente não fez nada, me deixou sair do local com um buraco na boca, nem ao menos limpar e colocar um curativo foi feito. Nunca passei por uma profissional tão desumana em toda minha vida, visto que fiz o tratamento desse dente lá, que havia custa mais de 3mil reais todo o tratamento que havia feito com eles. Nenhuma empatia com o paciente. Só visam dinheiro. Não confiem, procurem outras opiniões.

Service very poorly done, there was not the amount that was charged of 1400.00 to redo the service and the dentist simply did nothing, let me leave the place with a hole in my mouth, not even cleaning and putting a bandage was done. I have never been through such an inhuman professional in all my life, since I had this tooth treated there, which had cost more than 3 thousand reais for all the treatment I had done with them. No empathy with the patient. They only aim at money. Don't trust, look for other opinions.
