★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, nenhum número pra contato de suporte funciona, os atendentes são horríveis não se disponibilizam a ajudar em nada, estou a 4 dias sem internet e eles não dão o devido retorno, irei buscar meus direitos de forma jurídica já que não consigo ao menos cancelar a internet, devido a não haver canal de relacionamento para resolver o meu problema.
 Horrible, no support contact number works, the attendants are horrible, they are not available to help at all, I'm 4 days without internet and they don't give the proper return, I'll get my rights legally since I can't even cancel the internet, because there is no relationship channel to solve my problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou quase 4 dias tentando liberar o chip celular. Você liga no 10385 cai a ligação. Resumo no Brasil não tem órgão que funcione fiscalizando as operadoras de internet e telefone. 5 dias de contrato e já vou ter que ir pro Procon.
I'm almost 4 days trying to release the cell chip. You call 10385 and drop the call. Summary in Brazil there is no agency that works overseeing internet and telephone operators. 5 days of contract and I'll have to go to Procon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ja faz dois Meses de uso, a qual tive uma falta de internet , no mesmo momento me atenderam muito bem e resolveram na hora. Ate no momento não tenho nada falar ponto negativo. Somente ponto positivo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior empresa de telecomunicações que eu já vi. 4 dias para ser atendidos. Foram informados que a CTO foi danificada e aberta, e a fibra rompida e mesmo assim uma grande demora. 4 dias sem conexão Internet.
Worst telecom company I've ever seen. 4 days to be served. They were informed that the CTO was damaged and opened, and the fiber ruptured and even then a long delay. 4 days without Internet connection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento pelo numero 10385, ninguem resolve o problema, fiquei 4 dias sem internet, pedi pea falar no setor financeiro desde 12 de janeiro nao tive retorno ate agra, fiz o cancelamento disse que nao estava satisfeita com o valor da multa, eles disseram que o setoe de financeiro iria ligar e não recwbi ligação nenhuma, retornei pra eles pq nao resolveram meu problema, porem enviaram um boleto de multa sem especificação do que estou pagando. PESSIMO PESSIMO E PESSIMO, NA HORA DE VENDER TEM VENDEDOR NA PORTA E PRA RESOLVER NÃO TEM NGM PRA ATENDER NEM RETORNAR A LIGAÇÃO!
