Fui muito bem atendido e o valor cobrado foi bastante justo, uma vez que o problema foi resolvido rapidamente e em definitivo. Já havia pago "baratinho" para outro técnico tentar solucionar o defeito, mas esse baratinho acabou me saindo caro... Recomendo

Isso porque, diante de demora exacerbada para agendar uma visita técnica, tive que contratar um outro outro profissional para vir até minha casa ver o problema da máquina, o qual constatou que a placa havia queimado.
Com base nisso, ele sugeriu que eu a comprasse desta loja, o que foi feito no dia 15 de julho de 2020 e, desde então, não a recebi.
Entrei em contato inúmeras vezes, mas a resposta era sempre a mesma, "estamos no prazo".
O mais incrível é que a peça somente foi postada no correio, no dia 21 de julho, quase 1 semana após a compra.
Para evitar maiores dissabores solicitei, 3 vezes, o código de rastreamento do produto, mas o responsável pelo estabelecimento se ofendeu com meu pedido e, unilateralmente, cancelou o serviço de troca da placa que estava agendado para ser feito quando ela, finalmente, chegasse.
Ou seja, ficamos amarrados com eles todo esse tempo e, no momento em que a placa estava para chegar, cancelaram o serviço.
Esse serviço nem de longe atendeu às minhas expectativas e foi demasiadamente antiprofissional.
Por sorte, em meio a tantos dissabores, consegui encontrar a loja Itagel, em Itapira, que faz atendimentos em Amparo e trabalha com todo tipo de máquina de lavar.

This service hardly met my expectations and was too unprofessional.
Luckily, in the midst of so much trouble, I managed to find the Itagel store, in Itapira, which works in Amparo and works with all types of washing machines.

Perdi tempo e paciência. Não confio mais na empresa pois não cumpriu com o prometido. No caso horário. Observação a funcionária do lado de fora da loja disse que sextas-feiras é esse o horário (17:00h) Mesmo eu falando sobre a divergência do aplicativo que diz 18:00h. Ela disse que só sábado. Enfim uma falta de respeito.
