★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa honesta, meu celular estava com a tela quebrada e fui avisado que não compensaria fazer a troca da tela pois tbm estava com problema na placa e nao resolveria o problema. indico eles pois é dificil encontrar profissionais honestos hj em dia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento,a assistência técnica não faz check list, e não se responsabiliza pelo que faz. Levei o meu aparelho para apenas para trocar a bateria e tampa traseira, o aparelho voltou com outros problemas, não consigo ouvir nada com o fone de ouvido, a lanterna não funciona. Deixei o aparelho novamente lá, e questionei, pois quando deixei o aparelho na loja estava tudo funcionando, eles nem tiveram o trabalho de mexer novamente, apenas me disseram que teria que trocar a parte onde colocar o fone. Um absurdo, não levo mais neste lugar, paguei para resolver um problema e o aparelho voltou com outros.

An absurd, I don't take it anymore, I paid to solve a problem and the device came back with others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, solicitei a solicitação da realização dos serviços de troca da tela do celular e do alto falante auricular de um moto z3 play, valor do serviço foi passado e autorizado e serviço.
Na entrega do celular notei que o serviço de troca do alto falante nao foi realizado, relatei a atendente e a mesma nao deu atenção a minha reclamação, dizendo que foi trocado, o serviço nao foi realizado pois o alto falante estava da mesma forma em que foi entregue para o conserto com amassado e chiando nas ligações.
