Levei meu celular na semana passada, e me passaram um orçamento de 350,00 mas no final foi resolvido e conseguiram reduzir o valor para 180,00 porque conseguiram reparar uma das peças e não precisou trocar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho um notebook Dell há 4 anos que funciona de maneira perfeita. No começo de Agosto desconfigurou data/hora e apitou indicando problema na memória BIOS. Levei na loja de São Caetano do Sul, fui bem atendida, esperei uma semana para o orçamento q confirmaram problema na BIOS, e para corrigir precisava trocar outros componentes, ficando $450 reais e 15 dias úteis! Não aceitei, levei o note para um colega técnico de TI q simplesmente deu carga na bateria, em 5 min. Palavras dele, "não vou te cobrar nada pq não fiz nada". O note está perfeito, uso todos os dias pra estudo e trabalho remoto, fico chocada com a desonestidade q essas pessoas tratam pessoas leigas como eu. Não acredito e não indico a assistência a ninguém.
I have had a Dell notebook for 4 years that works perfectly. At the beginning of August, he misconfigured the date / time and whistled indicating a problem in the BIOS memory. I took it to the store in São Caetano do Sul, I was well attended, I waited a week for the budget q confirmed a problem in the BIOS, and to fix it I needed to exchange other components, getting $ 450 reais and 15 working days! I didn't accept it, I took the note to a fellow IT technician who simply gave the battery charge in 5 min. His words, "I won't charge you anything because I didn't do anything". The note is perfect, I use it every day for study and remote work, I am shocked by the dishonesty that these people treat lay people like me. I do not believe and do not recommend assistance to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei o notebook (um acer a515) para reparo e me disseram que teria assistência nas outras unidades da loja em caso de problema. Nem me preocupei a principio, afinal, acreditava que não daria problema. Em menos de 1 mês deu problema, que acarretaram em uma serie de outros problemas e adivinha? Nada podem fazer. Detalhe que não moro em SP e nem próximo disso. Ou seja, dinheiro no lixo e o computador foi junto!
I took the notebook (an acer a515) for repair and was told I would have assistance in the other units of the store in case of problem. I didn't even worry at first, after all, I believed it wouldn't be a problem. In less than 1 month there was a problem, which resulted in a series of other problems and guess what?
