★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, dificuldade para efetuar trocas , burocracia infundada.
A pessoa compra um produto na loja do Shop tacaruna e não pode fazer a troca do produto ( numeração menor ) em outra loja.
Mesmo na loja do tacaruna não tendo o produto, tem que aguardar uma pessoa liberar que o produto seja movido de A para B.
Absurdo isso!!!
Código de defesa do consumidor sendo rasgado na cara lisa...
Poor service, difficulty exchanging, unfounded bureaucracy.
The person buys a product at the Shop tacaruna store and cannot exchange the product (lower number) at another store.
Even in the tacaruna store not having the product, you have to wait for someone to let the product be moved from A to B.
