Se foi nessa do extra, da mesma forma.
Que saudades da equipe antiga, nos atendia com sorriso nos olhos, eram atenciosos... hoje em dia, só ladeira abaixo.
É lamentável o quadro de agora. Se um dia eu voltar a comprar os produtos boticário, só pelo site, pq presencialmente deixa muito a desejar.
I don't know what happened to the quality of employees. I went to the store at the mall, the attendant treated me with indifference, as if to say "I don't think I'm going to buy anything".

I miss the old team, they attended us with a smile in their eyes, they were attentive... nowadays, they just go downhill.
The picture now is regrettable. If one day I buy apothecary products again, just through the site, because in person it leaves a lot to be desired.
