★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na loja de Osasco em 09/01/21, pretendia comprar roupas mais em conta, para o dia a dia, mas como achei tudo muito caro e me pareceu que a vendedora não estava muito interessada, não comprei nada. Quando estava quase saindo da loja, perguntei se poderia levar minha neta de 3 anos ao banheiro, mas ela respondeu que estava quebrado, respondi que estava quebrado porque eu não estava comprando nada! E tenho certeza que foi exatamente isso! O detalhe é que moro longe e fui lá especialmente para comprar nesta loja, não tenho culpa se não tem o que oferecer! Decepcionada com a falta de empatia!
 I was at the Osasco store on 01/09/21, I intended to buy more affordable clothes, for the day to day, but as I thought everything was very expensive and it seemed that the seller was not very interested, I didn't buy anything. When I was about to leave the store, I asked if I could take my 3 year old granddaughter to the bathroom, but she said it was broken, I said it was broken because I wasn't buying anything! And I'm sure it was exactly that! The detail is that I live far away and went there especially to buy at this store, I am not to blame if it has nothing to offer! Disappointed with the lack of empathy!
