★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As roupas são lindas, acredito que o preço seja justo porque as peças parecem de ótima qualidade, porém... o atendimento online é péssimo! Demoram horas para responder; passei cinco dias tentando comprar para entregarem e simplesmente não consegui. Acabei desistindo e comprando na concorrência. Não conheço a loja física, as roupas são lindas, mas do que conheci, só posso dar uma estrela mesmo.
The clothes are beautiful, I believe the price is right because the pieces look of great quality, but ... the online service is terrible! It takes hours to respond; I spent five days trying to buy to deliver and just couldn't. I ended up giving up and buying in competition. I do not know the physical store, the clothes are beautiful, but from what I knew, I can only give one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Sou do Rio Grande do Sul e fiz questão de ir na loja pessoalmente quando estive em Recife pois já acompanhava pelo Instagram.
Cheguei na loja e mal me olharam na cara. Tinham três pessoas que trabalhavam lá e nenhum outro cliente na loja.
Só comprei uma peça porque realmente gostei. Porém não volto mais e deixei de seguir no Instagram.
Lamentável!
Terrible attendance. I'm from Rio Grande do Sul and I made a point of going to the store in person when I was in Recife because I was already following on Instagram.
I arrived at the store and they barely looked me in the face. There were three people who worked there and no other customers in the store.
I only bought a piece because I really liked it. But I'm not coming back and I stopped following on Instagram.
Unfortunate!

O atendimento foi péssimo, só melhorou depois que viram quanto eu tava disposta a pagar na hora de passar as peças.
Te olham de cabeça ao pé, e atendem bem pela “cara” mesmo ou quando vê quanto dá sua conta.
Tinha outras clientes no local, e estavam sendo super bem babadas, porque estavam com carinha de gente “rica”. Entrei simples, chinelo e short e nem olharam na minha cara, nem foram perto de mim se eu não tivesse solicitado outro tamanho do vestido.
Só comprei lá, porque eu realmente gostei das peças, porque se fosse pelo atendimento, eu não levaria nada.
Espero que melhorem nesse ponto !
The only good thing about the place is the clothes.
The service was terrible, it only improved after they saw how much I was willing to pay when it was time to pass the parts.
They look at you from head to toe, and they give you a good look at the “face” or when you see how much you give.
I had other clients in the place, and they were being very well drooled, because they looked like “rich” people. I went in plain, flip flops and shorts and they didn't even look me in the face, nor were they close to me if I hadn't requested another dress size.
I just bought it there, because I really liked the pieces, because if it was for the service, I wouldn't take anything.
I hope they get better at that point!

Fiz um compra de um vestido pelo site, acompanhei o pedido que já estava para chegar entre o dia 9/10, ainda sim pedi para ver se chegaria mais rápido e paguei a diferença do frete, mesmo chegando no dia que teoricamente chegaria, achei o atendimento do wpp demorado e bem falho, mas até aí tudo “ok”. Comprei um vestido pelo site que até então seria de cetim, na loja não tinha da cor que eu queria e ainda sim tudo bem, escolheria de outra cor, mas poxa, chegar um vestido com o tecido totalmente diferente, de cetim para viscose tem uma diferença absurda, tinha uma expectativa boa, de virar cliente da loja, mas achei a experiência péssima.
Hi, I would like to file a complaint! I made a purchase of a dress on the website, followed the order that was about to arrive between 10/9, I still asked to see if it would arrive faster and paid the shipping difference, even arriving on the day that it would theoretically arrive, I found the Wpp service takes a long time and is very flawed, but so far everything is "ok". I bought a dress on the website that until then would have been satin, the store didn't have the color I wanted and it's still ok, I'd choose a different color, but hey, I get a dress with a totally different fabric, from satin to viscose, there's a absurd difference, I had a good expectation, to become a customer of the store, but I thought the experience was terrible.
