It left something to be desired, some products I looked for didn't have them. Most were panettone and end-of-the-year chocotones.

Realizei o pedido acreditando que seria cumprido o prazo de entrega (08/12) 2 dias depois entraram em contato pelo whatsapp dizendo que estava separando o pedido e não tinha os sabores vendido, escolhi outro... Ao questionar se seria entregue naquele dia pois o evento seria dia 12/12 fui informada que seria retirado pelo Correios apenas dia 13/12. Cancelei o pedido até o momento NÃO FUI ESTORNADA! ? Whatsapp demora dias para responder e sem solução!
My unpleasant experience was an online purchase. I placed the order believing that the delivery deadline would be met (12/08) 2 days later they got in touch via whatsapp saying that they were separating the order and the flavors were not sold, I chose another one... When asking if it would be delivered that day because the event would be on 12/12 I was informed that it would be picked up by the Post Office only on 12/13. I canceled the order so far I WAS NOT REFUNDED! ? Whatsapp takes days to respond and no solution!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assustei quando tirei da caixa e peguei panetone parecia um ovinho, e a decepção foi com o recheio, genteeee olha a foto da embalagem que outras marcas faz jus a foto pra essa ? Isso é um insulto ao consumidor. Chateada
I was scared when I took it out of the box and got the panettone it looked like an egg, and the disappointment was with the filling, people look at the picture of the packaging, what other brands do the picture justice for this one? This is an insult to the consumer. Upset
