★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de passar uma situação de constrangimento nessa loja .Onde meu esposo é cliente há anos .E na ultima vez que meu esposo foi fazer compras eu fiquei no carro por que estava com minha cachorrinha e uma vendedora disse fala para sua esposa que pode entrar com a cachorrinha nao tem problema.Entao hoje entrei com meu esposo e a nossa cachorrinha de pequeno porte e eu estava com uma garrafinha de agua na mão .Derrepente fui abordada por uma vendedora que depois fiquei sabendo que o nome dela é Teresa falando brava comigo e me falou sua cachorrinha fez xixi ali vou pegar o pano para vc limpar ,nisso um outro cliente viu e disse para a vendedora não é xixi nao são pingos de água .Eu falei para a vendedora pega o pano por favor que limpo o chão. Outra vendedora atenciosa veio e pegou o pano veio ate mim ,ai eu falei para me dar o pano que eu limparia e ela disse não imagina fica tranquila .Era pingos da garrafinha de agua que eu estava tomando pois a agua estava congelada .Não descontente de toda a humilhação que me fez essa vendedora Teresa retornou com uma sacola plastica e falou para mim coloca em volta da sua garrafinha para nao molhar o chão .Eu disse obrigada vou terminar de tomar minha água la fora..
Eu tinha ido antes na loja "Ponto Quente " onde fui bem recebida eu e minha cachorrinha e meu esposo nao tive nenhum problema, fizemos compras tudo normal . Fiquei chateada da forma que fui abordada com ar de arrogância e prepotência pois outras pessoas que estavam la discordaram da postura da mesma .Fiquei muito chateada com a situação devido ser exposta de uma maneira constrangedora .Eu sei da minha responsabilidade com o meu pet,se sujar que sou eu que tenho que limpar e sigo bem a risca ando com saquinhos para reconher as sujeiras .Mas a questao foi os pingos da garrafinha de agua que eu estava tomando .Espero que ninguem mas passe por essa situação pois eu me senti muito constrangida nessa loja hoje .Estou muito triste .Mas espero que essa vendedora trate as pessoas com mais educação e amor ao próximo e respeito . Sai muito chateada da loja GJ utilidades doméstica .
Where my husband has been a customer for years. And the last time my husband went shopping, I stayed in the car because I was with my dog and a saleswoman said to his wife that he could come with the dog has no problem. So today I went with my husband and our small dog and I had a little bottle of water in hand. Suddenly I was approached by a saleswoman who later I learned that her name is Teresa talking madly with me and told me your dog peed there I'll get the cloth for you to clean, in that another customer saw and told the saleswoman is not pee are not water drops. Another attentive saleswoman came and took the cloth came to me, then I told her to give me the cloth I would clean and she said do not imagine it is quiet. It was dripping from the bottle of water that I was taking because the water was frozen. Not discontented all the humiliation that made me this saleswoman Teresa returned with a plastic bag and spoke to me places around her bottle to not wet the ground. I said thank you I'll finish taking my water out ..
I had gone before in the store "Hot Spot" where I was welcomed and my dog and my husband had no problem, we did everything normal shopping. I was annoyed the way I was approached with arrogance and arrogance because other people who were disagreeing with the attitude of the same. I was very upset with the situation due to be exposed in an embarrassing way. I know my responsibility with my pet, if dirty that it's me that I have to clean and I follow the right way I walk with small bags to reconcile the dirt. But the question was the drops of the bottle of water that I was taking. I hope nobody but go through this situation because I felt very embarrassed in this store today. I'm very sad. But I hope this saleswoman treats people with more education and love of neighbor and respect. It leaves a lot upset from the GJ's home appliances store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hoje a este local, saindo da Baixada santista para comprar um copo de liquidificador, levei o copo antigo para comparar, e minha surpresa maior foi qdo a atendente disse que não poderia vender pois tinha que ter levado a parte do motor!!! Absurdo, isto chama-se preguiça, nota zero pra está loja!!!
I went to this place today, leaving Baixada Santista to buy a blender glass, I took the old glass to compare, and my biggest surprise was when the attendant said she couldn't sell it because she had to have taken the engine part!!! Absurd, this is called laziness, zero grade for this store!!!
