Fácil localização (Travessa da 12 de Outubro) Transporte público (Trem Estação Lapa) próximo e (Ônibus) na calçada da loja.
Recepção da vendedora (Roberta) cordial, simpática, atenciosa, prestativa em mostrar todo o estoque disponível nas araras, numeração, modelos, cores... enfim foram várias idas ao vestiário e a mesma sempre atendendo com profissionalismo, bom humor.
Prontamente ao final da minha compra me adicionou no WhatsApp para me enviar as novidades das peças que chegarem a loja.
Fiz um cadastro de fidelidade que somam pontos a cada compra.
A caixa também foi muito atenciosa e simpática também (não me recordo o nome), assim também como o gerente.
Resumindo.... Peças lindas, vestimento perfeito, preços acessíveis, encontram se também o setor de calçados fantástico com muitas opções.
Nota 10 para a loja, com certeza voltarei mais vezes.
OBS: VEIO UM TAMANHO ERRADO DE NUMERAÇÃO E DE IMEDIATO FIZ O CONTATO PELO WHATSAPP E A VENDEDORA RESERVOU AS PEÇAS PARA A TROCA.

First trip to Clemente Álvares store on 05/18 (Saturday) early afternoon.
Easy location (Travessa da 12 de Outubro) Public transport (Train station Lapa) nearby and (Bus) on the sidewalk of the store.
Reception of the seller (Roberta) cordial, friendly, attentive, helpful in showing all the stock available in the macaws, numbering, models, colors ... finally there were several comings and goings to the dressing room, always with professionalism and good humor.
Promptly at the end of my purchase you added me at WhatsApp to send me the news of the pieces that arrive at the store.
I made a loyalty record that adds up to points with each purchase.
The cashier was also very helpful and friendly too (can not remember the name) as well as the manager.
To sum up .... Beautiful pieces, perfect dress, affordable prices, are also the fantastic footwear sector with many options.
Note 10 for the store, for sure I'll be back more often.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive aqui e esqueci meu telefone no provador. Fiz B.O, solicitei junto a gerência as imagens das câmeras, solicitei qualquer amparo e nada foi feito. É um lugar traumático. Não fizeram nada. Não tentaram fazer nada. É um lugar que só querem ganhar dinheiro a custas dos outros. Horrível. Péssimo. Terrível.
I was here and I forgot my phone number in the dressing room. I did B.O, asked the management for the images of the cameras, requested any support and nothing was done. It's a traumatic place. They didn't do anything. They didn't try to do anything. It's a place they just want to make money at the expense of others. Horrible. Terrible. Terrible.
