★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço de instalação é bom, mas o atendimento da atual dona para marcação de assistência técnica é péssimo. Venho tentando marcar com a atual dona desde dezembro de 2020 manutenção e sempre tinha alguma desculpa. Essa semana, depois de quatro meses insistindo na marcação, ela queria que pagasse adiantado (algo que no começo eu fui contra pois depois de quase 4 meses tentando, ela vinculou essa obrigatoriedade ao agendamento) mas mesmo assim depois eu cedi, e aceitei. E ainda sim, não marcaram. Posso estar errado, mas acredito que por ser uma empresa pequena e familiar, seja devido a pandemia e como a taxa de manutenção é irrisória (150 reais) eles estejam preferindo dar atenção aonde trás mais retorno financeiro. E o pior é que a correção é pequena devido ao encostar das cadeiras da mesa de jantar na parede, algo que acontece mas aparentemente, com o tempo o material não tem robustez para aguentar, mesmo que pontual. De resto está perfeito e resolveria em menos de 30 min. Uma pena, pois eu tive a oportunidade de conhecer o antigo dono e sua antiga equipe em 2019 quando aplicaram o revestimento e estes sim sempre foram muito educados, inclusive almoçando em minha casa várias vezes enquanto executava o serviço. Infelizmente terei que ir a justiça para garantir unicamente o prometido, pois no Rio são os únicos prestadores deste tipo de serviço e a outra opção seria contratar uma empreiteira e pagar para retirar o revestimento e reformar toda a minha casa. Lamentável e não recomendo mais a ninguém, pois apesar de parecer ser um bom negócio com bom custo benefício a curto prazo, com o tempo se complicou.

A pity, as I had the opportunity to meet the former owner and his former team in 2019 when they applied the coating and they were always very polite, including having lunch at my house several times while performing the service. Unfortunately I will have to go to court to guarantee only what was promised, because in Rio they are the only providers of this type of service and the other option would be to hire a contractor and pay to remove the covering and renovate my entire house. It is unfortunate and I do not recommend it to anyone, because although it seems to be a good deal with good cost benefit in the short term, over time it got complicated.
