★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo. So se interessaram em vender. A Cortina ficou curta, nao ficou franzida Como combinado e a Dona da loja simplesmente ignorou sem se importar com a satisfacao do cliente. Nao recomendo e nunca mais faço nada com essa empresa.
Terrible. They were only interested in selling. The Curtain Shortened, Not Puckered As agreed and the Store Owner simply ignored it without caring about customer satisfaction. I do not recommend and never do anything with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe chamou a empresa para fazer cortinas. Não sei como.eles costumam fazer, mas ficaram ridícula as cortinas, super baixas e ainda assim, curtas...
Minha mãe reclamou mas a dona da loja (que para vender,foi pessoalmente na casa da minha mãe) ignorou e queria cobrar mais para "fazer de.outro.jeito".
Ainda que minha mãe tenha escolhido uma cortina curta ou pouco franzida, ela deixou claro através de uma foto da cortina do meu irmão, como ela esperava que a dela ficasse. O mínimo que se espera de uma empresa é que oriente seu cliente caso ele tenha expectativas irreais.
Na hora de vender tudo iria ficar lindo, maravilhoso e perfeito. O resultado real foi "ridículo". Nao souberam orientar e a empresa em nenhum momento se preocupou em tentar a satisfação do cliente. Ainda tentou colocar a culpa no cliente.
Pra completar, o instalador quebrou um pedaço da parede da minha mãe e precisou reparar.
Eu NAO RECOMENDO essa empresa!!!
My mother called the company to make curtains. I do not know how.They usually do, but they were ridiculous the curtains, super low and still, short ...
My mother complained but the shopkeeper (who for sale, was personally at my mother's house) ignored it and wanted to charge more to "make it.other.web".
Even though my mother chose a short or slightly furrowed curtain, she made it clear through a picture of my brother's curtain, how she expected hers to look. The least you expect from a company is to guide your customer if he has unrealistic expectations.
In time to sell everything would be beautiful, wonderful and perfect. The actual result was "ridiculous". They could not guide, and the company never bothered to try customer satisfaction. Still tried to put the blame on the client.
To top it off, the installer broke a piece of my mother's wall and needed to repair it.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei a uniclass para trocar as cortinas (blackout + cortina) do meu apartamento, contudo tive inúmeros contratempos com a empresa, principalmente com a instalação que foi mal feita e com acabamento péssimo. Comuniquei a proprietária do meu descontentamento, a qual ficou de providenciar a visita de um instalador especializado para melhorar o acabamento, mas infelizmente ela não mandou mais ninguém para ajustar os defeitos. Fiquei insatisfeita com o produto/instalação.
I hired uniclass to change the curtains (blackout + curtain) in my apartment, however I had numerous setbacks with the company, especially with the installation that was poorly done and with a terrible finish. I communicated my displeasure to the owner, who was to arrange a visit by a specialized installer to improve the finish, but unfortunately she didn't send anyone else to adjust the defects. I was dissatisfied with the product/installation.
