Yo viaje por la peor empresa de lineas aereas ,son unos miserables dan un vaso de agua y una insignificante paquetito de galletas luego venden lo que Uds deverian dar mas son muy miserables .Yo viaje de Recife a Santiago de Chile y hay convinacion al regreso tuve que retirar las maletas de la cinta para denuevo pasar por la pesaje y me pidieron el comprobante por sobre peso cuando se supone que ya esta registrado que ya fue pago resumiendo Uds son una pesima compania yo que soy un microempresario les puedo dar muchas lexiones como atender y servir un cliente como no tiene dos dedos en la frente y ver que agradar no sale caro ahora desagradar como fue mi caso si les va a salir caro ya que soy un portavoz para nadie de todos los que conosco viajen en su linea aerea y fuera de las redes sociales mas mi interes no es condenar si alertar para que estudien sus procesos de atendimiento y se den cuenta que agradar no sale caro mas desagradar si lo sale un abrazo Marcelo Diaz

Sem contar q uma hora antes do voo simplesmente fecham o embarque.
NÃO RECOMENDO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today, I bought a ticket from the Gol kiosk in shopping Boa Vista, which is located in the ground floor, in front of the entrance of the building. Honestly, It was a great experience for me. The clerks were so much polite, helpful, and professional, especially the lady clerk named Beatriz Felix, who issued my tickets. The prices were fair and too much cheaper, compared to other applications and Gol's official website. I strongly recommend buying tickets from them.
